Yes, I would very much suspect that it does. This mod will also conflict with mods that change any type of development speed/costs or deployment costs.
It basically works like any of the basic revolvers in the game, reloading animations and all except the aiming skeleton has the left hand's thumb holding the front end all buggy-looking as it holds like a rifle.
But as OccasionalVisit said, it looks a bit odd when aiming it. Perhaps this could be tweaked to better adjust it, but it's beyond my knowledge atm. I'm just happy that I made the gun actually be functional and able to reload.
Does anyone know how to lower the pen on the geist conan? It’s a little too strong, but i like the other stats. I’ve screwed around with damageparameters.lua but it denied me. So now what? Step by step for a dummy if preferable, given i dont speak lua nor fox engine. What value do i mess with?
the in game gun description is not working anymore, Most of the guns made no sound, Work? yeah work but not as intended. Did i Recommend this mod today? No.
Hi, is there a way to only select a few of the weapons to be in game? im not a fan of some of the less realistic ones, and how they replace existing weapons.
Just wanted to give thanks, one day I was curious about if the game had a modding community, and to my delight it has a great one, and while I was browsing through the mods, I saw this one, and it pretty much single-handedly convinced me to purchase it on PC.
MGSV is my favorite game of all time, I have the plat for it on PlayStation, with over 1k+ hours in the game, and thanks to this mod (and a couple of others) I have been falling in love with this game all over again.
To be honest most of those 1k+ hours on TPP were spent using almost exclusively the WU S.PISTOL, AM MRS-4, & M2000-NL, since they were the most effective, and no other weapons really felt more satisfying or more fun, at least not enough to use over those 3, so I always thought the weapon selection left something to be desired, and the weapons in your mod feel like they're it, pretty much all of them are fun to use, even the ones that you thought you wouldn't like, like the airblast shotgun, which is now my favorite primary, the stun revolver with the ricocheting bullets has also been an absolute blast to use, and also looks great with the invisible scope and suppressor, and the Tanegashima also being an underbarrel attachment option is also a fun time.
It is sad you stopped updating this though, I have noticed some items missing like the waterproof & smoke cardboard boxes, and sometimes out on the field I do spot some weapons that are dropped by enemies that have blank thumbnails, which I try to avoid for fear of crashing the game on pickup.
But it's fine, in the end, so far the game has only crashed for me if I don't make sure that this mod overwrites any other it might have conflicts with, and the mileage I've gotten out of it (and will keep getting) has been tremendous, so sorry for the mucho texto, but I just love this game and this mod has fixed one of it's many flaws, and I've just been having a blast thanks to it, so thanks again!
