This simply changes the name and not anything else, if you want to play as Big Boss and change the picture you have to download ''The Man Who Sold The World'' and if you want the Venom picture in the avatar spot you have to download ''A world split in two''
Edit. Yeah, I forgot to mention that this only supports English. I might add more languages, we'll see.
