If you have issues with Snakebite try the suggestions on the stickied post on the snakebite nexus posts.
For other issues, in general when asking for help you want to provide as much information, in as much detail as possible:
What your were doing leading up to the issue.
What you expected to happen.
What happened instead.
What version of IH you are using.
If it happened after updating IH, what was the previous version you were using that it worked on.
What mods you have installed.
And provide some files (saves and logs) so anyone trying to help has yet more information:
Your save game that's at the point it's having issues. The save files are in: <steam path>\userdata\<user id>\311340\remote (Default install path of steam is C:\Program Files\Steam)
Usually TPP_GAME_DATA alone is sufficient.
Some files from the MGS_TPP game folder Usually game folder is in Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP You can also open it (if snakebite is set up correctly) via SnakeBite > Mods > File Menu > Open Game directory.
The files: MGS_TPP\snakebite.xml MGS_TPP\ihhook_log.txt The entire MGS_TPP\mod folder (as this contains the ih_save as well as debug logs).
Whole SnakBite folder\Logs\ folder You can find this via SnakeBite > Mods > Open Debug Logs
If you need a place to upload mega.co.nz works well, as does dropbox. You can message me the link if you wish.
After you have done so there's a couple of things you can try:
Abort to ACC from title: At the title screen hold down the Escape key for a couple of seconds, the Fox logo will flash up breifly, upon selecting continue the game will load into ACC instead of the mission the save was on.
Clear IH settings completely: Exit the game and delete MGS_TPP\mod\saves\ih_save.lua
Resetting from scratch: 1: Pressing the 'Restore original game files' button in snakebites settings page. 2: Verifying game cache through the properties for the game in steam. 3: Delete the entire MGS_TPP\mod (you may want to copy off the ih_save.lua in MGs\mod\saves first) At this point MGSV will be considered unmodded, but verify by loading the game.
Re-rerun snakebite and go through it's steps. Again test to see if the game loads.
Install Infinite Heaven only. Test again to see if the issue still occurs.
If the game save is in-mission and not in ACC you may need to Abort to ACC from title (see above).
Seems to work pretty flawlessly on latest update. No issues when installed via SnakeBite.
However, the "Hunted" event is... Absurd. It randomly alerts nearby bases to your location. Would make sense if it did it once or twice, or if it put them on a higher alert stage. But when it's on the max alert stage, they instantly spot you from incredible distances and will mow you down with insane accuracy. Unless you're playing with max level gear, don't even bother enabling "Hunted" because it just doesn't feel fair at all...
mgsv seems to freeze and basically crash when invading non lethal fob, for some reason it only happens with non-lethal fobs only and not lethal fob. i've reset by uninstalling snakebite and validated the game files then reinstalled snakebite again, installing only infinite heaven, but it's no good.
Very minor issue, whenever enabling gunships in freeroam, they show up in mother base as well and changes the greeting voicelines of your troops to taunts or something
I think the mod author did enough with making this mod alone. Instead, we should learn to use it and use the features you only want to use. That's the least anyone can do rather than ask the modder to work more.
there aren't too many features, there are too little they are all well documented in the html file provided and the in game menu, everything in the menus explains itself or you can extrapolate after a bit of reasoning I just started and there were a few things perplexing to read, but then they made sense and the menu is really fast to use and tweak the game as you need
As far as I concern, all the junk in Infinite Heaven is mostly useless :
I basically only use the " Play as Quiet " function, change the FOV and mess around with the side op menu to replay locked vanilla-ones.
And don't mention learning how to perfectly use that, I have a job and a life and when I want to relax playing a game I have no time to waste spending all my week-end to master all of this and risking breaking the game, sorry " No-Lifers " !
Did you flunk out of first grade? Your grammar atrocious. Also, you have an anime profile picture. Nothing wrong with that, but it's very telling of who you are.

Infinite heaven features TOO MUCH FEATURES !!! And I am affraid of errors like many complains in comments.
Can we have a light version that allows only to have custom missions please ??? Thanks !

Be thankful to the mod author, learn to use the mod that already provides exactly what you want, and stop bitching.
