The installation steps must use above order: First install all updates and lastly the mod.
If after installed mod, you update any time later the game eg. at v1.11 the mod will be removed.
(probably because game updates replaces the current EBOOT.BIN with the updated original)
2 things.
1. Dude why not answer the question of how do you use the codes. Would you install anything on your computer without knowing everything about it? Same thing here. It only takes 2 sec instead of just replying the same thing, both times of only runs on bles/blus. It's like me handing you the car keys, and not telling you that the clutch sticks so 1st gear blows and you might get into an accident if you don't kinda gun it, important info, makes you come off as an ass. If going to put in the awesome effort in the future I recommend putting in the screenshot the codes, would have answered most to the questions, and I had that same question also.
2. updated to ver 1.10 (had on title screen), and even used package installer to 1.11, save utility data also saays on 1.11 on info (that's a another question, how can your update go farther than what PS3 does for installing updates?). Does not work and crashes before you get to the title screen, so while I would have loved to use this and then play all easy mode for offline, thank you for your efforts and even throw some $ your way, and not have to grind, thus spending more time to be lazy, read books, watching shows and going outside and staring at all manner of things I'm going to have to go back to doing 2-3 missions, freeroam for materials, and then hopping into the back of a truck while it does its rounds to process materials (trick because materials processing is based on checkpoints).

I think I posted the offsets to these mods on there as well if not let me know and I'll send them to u, as far as black screen goes u might need to delete game data and install every update including mgo3 updates as well again and install mod pkg last, also even though title screen says it's on update v1.10 it's actually using v1.11 idk y Konami has it like that I was also confused on that as well but rest assure it is on v1.11 regardless of what it says on title screen. This because any game updates replaces the current EBOOT.BIN with the updated original.
That means if you do any MSGV game update you 'll have the original game back.
To install a game update might needs to delete game data first and reinstall by follow the above installation steps order.

I think you can copy original EBOOT.BIN from the PS3_GAME folder "...\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\".
If you use an .iso (downloaded) or CD, extract it as a "PS3_GAME folder"(JB) and copy the EBOOT.BIN file from "...\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\".
Warning: Use always the same game region with installed EBOOT.BIN version (US or EU).
May be using ftp or a"file manager" (eg.Iris) delete only the last update v1.11 from game data and reinstall later by doing the game update to get original game back.
