I happen to have my soldier item drop chance set to 100%. When I check the backs of trucks there are no items. When I extract the vehicles, items drop as if I'd KO'ed or killed a soldier (a single hand grenade, a single pack of C4, etc.), not as if they'd normally spawned on the back of a vehicle.

Haven't updated my Infinite Heaven mod in a while so perhaps that's hte issue, but if it isn't... I'd just like to post this here.
