   This was mostly a proof of concept for myself. I think I actually made it by copying some of the stuff from another mod then changing it from .zip to .mgsv... Not realising there were tools even at the time to do that for me (though now they're easier to use as well).
   
   I'm working on some shitpost MGS2+3 mods and figured I might give this some love if there's interest.

   Nice work, however shouldn't the "Tactical Espionage Operations" line align with Metal Gear Solid 5?

   Lovely but i have to say that Kojima said it was "V" and not "5", if you do research the reason behind it, it makes a lot of sense specially after finishing the game.

      I completely agree with you- and it was a concious stylistic decision specifically to choose the number 5 ;)
      
      Its been nearly 9 years since I made this test mod, I might update it and make variants

   Is it possible to change "Press Enter Key" to "Press Start Button" like in the xbox 360/one versions?

      The "Press Enter Key" text is the only part of the ui that doesn't change when using a controller.
