As I said before, this replaces models that exist in all versions, so you can ignore SnakeBite installation warnings like this. There will be no problem.
You can ignore that warning in this case. You might exercise caution when seeing that message appear for Lua script-editing mods, but this is simply changing models that were always in the game in every version.
Mind adding a version like "Naked Snake - Blue Bandana Eyepatch"? I, and I think some others, would like the Bandana while still having his eyepatch, like at the end of MGS3.

edit : I mean this because I just want an eyepatch+bandana version for the avatar replacement, so far I haven't been able to find none that does this
