I installed the ponytail hornless version and followed the instructions and when I was on the horse the hair became a mix of ponytail and mullet with clipping on the face... then I changed the hair type to 4 and it worked perfectly! I could even choose the longer beard option and it worked! I'm so happy with that.
Any chance for a version that replaces Snake's head instead of the Avatar's? I really like the Mullet No Horns one especially (it's the head model i've been looking for all this time)
I do use those mods but they don't have the options that your mod has. The Big Boss one doesn't have the scarred face (and eye patch 3rd strap option) while the Venom Snake mullet one doesn't have the no horns option (and they both conflict each other and i don't have any knowledge in terms of modding in order to combine them). Yours is actually the best of both worlds - just the downside of no visible bandanna and it replaces the Avatar and not Snake. I would appreciate it a lot if you take a swing at this mod again if you have the time. But no worries if its not possible.
this uses the avatar because when i made this there was no custom models and this was made poorly if i do say so myself. i may or may not remake this mod with custom models for snake
I'm still using your Ponytail Hornless even til this day. It's literally the only mod i can find that removes the horn and retains all of Venom's features without changing anything (some removes scars, others remove the third strap, etc) so i do hope you'll get around to make it replace Snake's head someday!
I think it is this mod. When I ever I use the normal Snake character, in cutscenes, up close, and in the beginning of missions or deployments with the close up on the character's head, there are glitchy green crossgrid patterns on snake's head. Not the avatar. anyone else?
