I haven't installed it yet looks cool & this mod about appereance got me thinking , if there's any mod out there which u can add those face tattoos from MB bonus staff to any staff or sth? cuz normally u could get those only via pre order or dlc or sth and at the end i think it would be awsome if we had a mod that could bring customization options like the one we have in MGO , face tattoos , scars, hair color & ....
Heyo, I made an edit of this mod that changes the Quiet Hospital hair that some of the DD Female heads have from black to brown. Not really sure if anyone has either already made or asked for this but it was a fun (read: agonizing) learning experience and thought I'd share it here, huge thanks to morbid's posts below and their texture guide on youtube.
I honestly don't really know anything about retexturing or modding period so I hope this works correctly in the long run.
I have a high class Female solgier in my squad and I want to apply specific facial features and hair to her that she didn't get. Unfortunately, some other solgiers received this appearance. Can I somehow use a certain appearance for a certain solgier?
hi, i think there's a bug you didnt notice. when you activate this mod or the makeup one, if snke wears his naked gold or silver suit, his head would be the default head rather than the coloured one
I highly doubt this will ever be resolved bc it's not being worked on, but i installed it normally using snakebite and IHH problem is, all female staff are bald. ANy fix?
i hope this answer doesnt find you too late but i think all the blood effects this mod uses lie somewhere under assets>tpp>pack>fova>common_source>chara>cm_head>face_deco
just as a warning the most experience i have with modding is just installing/uninstalling mods.
to get rid of the blood effects what you need to do is unzip the .mgsv file with anything like 7zip or winrar, because apparently .mgsv is just a renamed zip file.
once you unzip it just follow the above file path until you see 4 files named stuff like hair, hair_deco, face, face_deco. all you need to do is delete face_deco. however i highly recommend copying and pasting it somewhere else safe before you do this.
once you did that just use 'makebite' (one of the softwares included with snakebite to make mods) and select your modified version of NFFH and after you make that .mgsv file you can just install it with snakebite like normal.
after letting a russian shoot my character in the face with a shotgun around 4-6 times im pretty sure this works, sorry if this isn't the easiest read though. i could just upload my modified version of the mod (it looks like the license at the bottom of the description allows it) so if this isn't making much sense for one reason or another its fine.
and now, my soldiers can slay on and off the battlefield.
https://www.nexusmods.com/metalgearsolidvtpp/mods/1784?tab=description link to my edit of this if you want to download it instead of editing it. hope it works for you! (i also just uploaded it so it might still be hidden, it that case wait like 15 minutes or something this is my first time im uploading anything to nexus)
I'd like to have both the black ponytail for Asian and African faces and red ponytail for Flaming Buffalo and non-Asian/African faces, is this possible?

You may have reinstall Snakebite and make sure there are no other hair mods installed with this one
