You'll see soon. I'm getting close to my next OSP overhaul, which adds OSP vehicles, OSP boss fights, every possible base weapon for guards to use, and other tweaks.
As for things I don't have the knowledge for. Coop, Mission 51, and Battle Gear
is it possible to disable this when you use an actual loadout? maybe make a tool to equip or something that you equip during sortie that turns it on?
EDIT: Apparently its supposed to only enable when using the standard arm, though it was still enabled when I equipped the shock arm. EDIT EDIT: I was right the first time, actually. Equipping the first arm only makes enemies drop arms. A horrifying implication.
Nono, I was suggesting a feature where you could equip a thing to make the OSP features activate. So you could have like a tool or something (in theory) called like "OSP" and when its equipped, it makes enemies drop loot.
Then I read the page and saw that OSP Arms is a thing, but I misinterpreted in thinking that Bionic Arm did what I suggested already.
Then I came back and read the page again, and realized it was just to make arms spawn. So we're back at the top part.
Also, to your question in the bug report, no i can't think of any other missions that require it. It does mean you can't use fulton to do non-lethal finishes of missions where targets are in vehicles, like "Back Up Back Down"
I get what you're saying. My goal here though is adding challenge to the game, and not necessarily ensuring all missions can be beaten non-lethally. Vehicle Fultons make missions like Back Up Back Down way too easy in my book. I'd rather have it up to chance whether I get the vehicle Fulton or not via the Water Resistant Box drop which equips Battle Dress.
If you really really want to go non-lethally for that mission, simply equip the battle dress, and then you'll have access to vehicle Fultons in that mission
Edit. Actually, there still might be a non-lethal means for backup back down with my next update I'm currently working on. I'm adding vehicle OSP. I spawned a few Electric Net Mines at some outposts. Using them on vehicles will despawn the driver, allowing you to highjack the vehicle. Pretty sure despawning will not count as a kill, so stay tuned
Oh awesome! Though I will say that because I like everything else about the mod, just not this specific feature, I just edited the code a little to turn it off.
I hadn't tried this out yet due to the incompatibility with IH mostly because of custom side-ops and the "no markers" mods. Recently tho, I found out that if I just overwrite the conflicting IH files on snakebite I can still play the custom side-ops with this mod. So the only thing that I'm missing here is the "no markers" mods, is there a way to implement that?
New issue as well, when this mod is equipped, it removes the row in the iDroid that has the Cargo upgrades for the Fulton. It also makes the Fulton (which I upgraded prior to installing the mod) act as though the Cargo upgrades were never developed. Uninstalling the mod fixes this issue.
EDIT: Added to the Bugs tab. I'm very new to commenting so I didn't realize that was a thing. My bad.
I Was so excited to install the mod but bam, it's not compatiable with Infinite Heaven and Jimbo's gunpack, really awesome idea i love it but it really sucks its not compatiable with these 2 mods. Please make an separate version compatiable with these!

4 to 8 more locations similar in size to Afghanistan and Africa and a number of missions and side-ops to go along them.
