Is it possible to make CQC make noise except the choke, or make the kicking of a downed enemy silent? I'm just looking for in world consistency, preferably by having the CQC be loud except for the choking.

Maybe next time. Somehow, the audio that I make after repacking the files becomes either silent or corrupted. I don't know why, I'm trying to figure it out.
Yes I have read it, thank you. Finding the sound files to replace isn't the issue, it's converting custom sound files to wem that MGSV can read. The MGS1 prep music actually came from another mod, I wanted to make my own but the custom music and other sounds I keep making are either silent or sound corrupted in game, but sounds fine when you play it via foobar.
EDIT: Actually you know what, after rereading it I think I'll try Audacity. I've been using GoldWave to convert my files.

Perhaps the Be Quiet mod could be used as a sort of template to add the options to Infinite Heaven...
Maybe I will in the future? But for now somebody else will have to merge it if they want.

EDIT: Wow. Wish I knew about this tool, I was using a different one. This makes it easier.
The separate file they included seems to replace the wrong sound file.
