      I don't think this is for what you think it is. These are just assets extracted from the game to be used for making mods (or other things), it is not a mod.

   Thinking of making my MGSV-modding return with what im known for, camo packs. For a long time, I yearned for these exact textures.
   If I have your permission to do so, I'd like to make a camo pack using the images you've pulled.
