Dummy chicoVil large block package to prevent freezing when exploring Chico Village.

When exploring out of bounds in Angola-Zaire Border Region, Central Africa, the game can lock up and freeze in the part just south of the Free Roam mission area border because it can't find the chicoVil large block.
This mod file is just a dummy mafr_chicoVil package that eliminates the freezing for your exploration of the barren landscape of what remains of Chico Village.
Serpent shout out for finding out about the location before and/or around the same time as I did in the old server. Took a while to find out its true nature, though.
Install with SnakeBite Mod Manager. Exploration method is up to you, but I disable out of bounds checks in Infinite Heaven's debug menu.
The cavern of the twin rocks opens the way. The dirt road to nowhere, it beckons. The square corner crater awaits.
