    Can you please just add it as a video I mean sheesh downloading a 800MB preview video for a 3MB mod is kinda backwards.

    i guess this changes the grunts and things like snake calling DD or Quiet right ?

      Yes for DD and grunts, but for Quiet I didn't find any sound files (maybe I can mute those remaining Snake sound files ?)
