If its snakebite you're talking about check in the task manager to make sure the game exe isnt still running in the background, it can happen occasionally and Snakebite wont let you install or uninstall mods with the game still technically running.
great MOD, could I convince you to make these for the regular fatigues (not the sneaking suit) of the DD soldiers on Mother Base? No head gear so we can recognize their faces. Not as an IH Addon, I mean as a replacement to their vanilla beige overalls.

You can see progress updates on the Modders Heaven discord but please don't go badgering them about it, they work hard enough.
