Not sure if it's applicable for the non-Custom Soundtrack variation of this, but i've confirmed that it works 100% for the version that dumps the MGS3-based audio files in the custom soundtrack folder. For some reason or another, the flow of the audio doesn't 100% flow through from 1-18 in proper numerical order and instead breaks off incorrectly after hitting the "10" mark.
To fix this for the "Custom Soundtrack" version of this audio pack, simply add a "0" (no space needed, just add it right before the number) before the numbers "1-9" of the audio files and it'll play perfectly as it should afterward, no bullshit.
a little tip for everybody who does not know, i'm socked not many people knew this but S ranks are all about speedruns, if you killed everybody at an outpost in let's say a 1 min and then got the prisoner and extracted them. the exfiltrated the HZ you'll have an S
