I am currently going through all the radio voice lines and find unique ones that could be reused. Do you have a discord server or anywhere I can dump some info you might find interesting? I speak both russian and english, so that would leave afrikaans out of the picture for now.

There are only subtitle files for English and Japanese in the Japanese voice version, it would require cloning a lot of files with fixed timings and other adjustments (certain cutscenes have additional lines) and also hooking into the exe to change what hardcodes the UI options.
Thanks! This mod only calls for voice lines, it doesn't include any audio, it's just Lua scripts. If someone wanted to replace those voice lines, that'd be up to them like usual.
i like this mod but it seems to give infinite heaven some issues, it works, and i can use them both, but i am no longer able to open IH through its normal means, instead i have to use f3, and the arrow keys and dpad buttons are hyper sensitive and navigating the menus is very difficult
Are you sure it's this mod specifically? Can you enable IH's Debug logging options, relaunch the game, try to navigate IH and then put up a link to your ih_log.txt?
well i suppose i cannot be positive, i installed this mod, and my game already had IH installed and confirmed working properly, and once i installed this one and loaded the game up to test it, the issue began, so i uninstalled this one and tried IH again, and boom, no issue. As for he debug options, i am not familiar with them or how to use them, i am honestly kind of returning to the game after a few months so its all kinda fresh again to me, do i need to enable the debug options in-game or are those settings i need to find somewhere?
I have’s downloaded this mod yet but I’ve also had this issue with infinite heaven. For me, it only ended up being fixed when I reinstalled IH. At least, from my experience, IH didn’t forget my settings. But still I don’t think it’s an issue with this mod, but rather just a bug with IH in general.
I have thought of this, and I'd looked. There is no Lua-side-interceptable message at all when you dismiss staff, only if you move them to a different unit or Quarantine.

When Snake or any DD soldier sustain a broken leg injury they will scream like a madman/woman if they fire any weapon if you hold down LMB.
Incl. Sniper Rifles Grenades launchers (Haven't tested Underbarrels) Shotguns Rocket Launchers Hell even single shot pistol's
There are different Screaming sounds for all 4 voicesets of male and female DD soldier's, Avatar and Snake have the same. Something i find interesting is FOB Ocelot also screams when firing a weapon with a broken leg even though it's unlikely you'll get a serious injury in FOB.
Yeah, that's definitely how they used the voice clip in the final vanilla game, if you didn't know, good ears! Though the spreadsheets are a bit more general on that, so I felt that making a MGS3-MGS4-like use of them could be justified as restoration and also just a fun thing to figure out how to code, glad it turned out as it did, even though I couldn't get it to work on emplaced heavy machine guns. I actually didn't know it worked on Ocelot, though! Thanks for pointing that out!

The list for unused voice lines for Snake (not counting the MGO ones) is quite big, so how many could actually be implemented, if even possible? considering these voice lines look like coded under certain "conditions" in-game?
Genuine questions, since IH can randomize soldier salutes in MB even with audio files that weren't used in vanilla.
It is definitely big, and I have a list, but a lot of it depends on the conditions, as most of these conditions would have to be created. We haven't even really figure out how to hook into the Call Menu to add new options to it.
