   doesnt work keeps starting the game from the begining

      Can only be used offline.
      
      Download, Unzip and place file in.
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\176966595\311340\remote
      Start in Offline mode. (at Terms and condition's select, Decline)

      When online the game uses your last online save and overwrites this.
      Personally I've never played online so, not sure.
