    Hey, would it be possible you explain how to mod the photos in the helicopter? I'd like to make some custom ones for myself and I dunno how to do it.

      You should be able to just use this one a reference, .mgsv files are just renamed .zip archives (so use 7zip, WinRar, etc) and .ftex files can be converted with the FtexTool. A few of these are also contained in .pftxs files, not sure if any are duplicates of what's in the loose folder (all instances would need to be replaced if so) but you can make short work of those with the AutoPftxsTool. Just make sure you save the .dds files with BC1 / DXT1 compression, and generate mipmaps enabled. Head to the Modders' Heaven discord server for any further questions. Good luck!
