About this mod
This unlocks all the items in the game minus the DLC in newest update they moved the DLC perimeters allowing me to make it so it doesint unlock the DLC

-Makes all things re-searchable Including the Key item items such as raiden suit and the Ground Zero Exclusive items
1. \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ MGS_TPP \ master file \ 0 \ 00.dat MAKE BACKUP OF THIS
2. Extract 00.dat copy of the ZIP to drive: \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ MGS_TPP \ master \ 0
3. Start the game

- Download the MGSV QAR Tool
- Create a folder in Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP\master called “QAR Tool”.
- Extract the contents of the QAR Tool you downloaded into the new folder.
- Open Run from the Start Menu.
- Type cmd and press Enter.
- Type cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP\master\QAR Tool and press Enter.
- Type MGSV_QAR_TOOL.exe “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP\master\00.dat” -r and press Enter.
- Once it’s unpacked, COPY File From lua file into 0 Folder
- Back in the command line, type MGSV_QAR_TOOL.exe “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP\master\00.inf” -r and press Enter.
