Fixes lights in:
Wialo Village - some light probes adjusted, some indoor lights are on in the daytime.
Serak Power Plant - florescent light in the main building is on even in the daytime.
OKB Zero - florescent light in north barracks is off in the daytime, fixed light probe spherical harmonics in the warehouse.
Certain light gimmick sets were split into off and on sets with FoxTool, along with separate LightLink entities. The light probe spherical harmonics had to be fixed manually by copying the hex data from a specific entry to another entry, using youarebritish's .lpsh 010 template. The light probe shape adjustment was done with the FoxKit module I'd made based on .grxla research, FoxKitGrxArray.
Thanks to the researchers and developers at Modders' Heaven for the tools and research that made this possible!
Special thanks to all these wonderful people for their generous donations for all these years!
