only way I was able to do that was by stomping them awake, waiting for them to wake up, and then grabbing and stabbing them and stomping them awake is pretty noisy
you can create the mgsv file by your self with makebite, create this folder path and open it with makebite 01_dat/Assets \ Tpp \ level_asset \ damage \ ParameterTables \ (set the decompressed lua file here)
I've actually been looking through the code to try to find it and see if it would be possible. The main problem is finding out how to implement it properly without causing a glitch. Because the knife takes the place of the bionic arm. So implementing it into the offline game might be a bit a work. I'm definitely working on it though.
The MGO knife came from a certain cutscene in phantom pain, if there's one thing you should script on to the arm of snake then is certainly the cutscene sknife
Actually it is VERY EASY to kill enemy without wasting ammo. Juck kick stunned of asleep enemy, than grab him and after that Voila. Kill the fucker of you don't need him)))) Tedious but there is stilll a way to kill wothout using ammo)) P.s. Not meant as a criticiz, to maker of a mod. Just an observation from the game.
We all know this. But we hate it. Because we haven't been forced to do this since MGS2. It was a VERY stupid design choice to not include the knife. This makes that stupid decision far less painful.
I wonder if the mod author is even around since he hasnt made any replies. At the least should have included the Lua file, but if its a commonly modded lua file I would prefer knowing which line he edited and how so I could include it in my already modded Lua...
If you already modded your .lua look for damageparamatertables then ctrl+f and type in the word "sweep" it should take you right to the ground sweep attack and you can change the damage as you see fit. Be warned though, the reason I used such high damage (5000) is because once the guards get armored later on it won't work on them if you use the base health amount (I think it was 1300?).
