A remade version of Khaki Cohesion. Darker than previous version

This is a straight up remake of one of my first mods Khaki Cohesion
The mod attempts to make Khaki Urban Two Tone more cohesive in its colours.
While the previous version was brighter than vanilla, this one makes most things darker. There's also a lot more uniform colours than the previous version by using smarter methods of colour distribution. I also made the brassards black, and the base layer darker (and removed weird green tint that is on the vanilla fatigues for some reason).
