   Hey bro can you help me, I'm stuck at the "Unzip my MGSV file etc..." part and I just dont know what to do.

      the .mgsv file included (well, all .mgsv files for Snakebite) is just a renamed .zip file. You can rename it to a zip and extract it.
      I use 7-zip, so I just right click on the file, go to 7-zip and then "extract here" :)
