Its an FOB event camo. FOB events change on a two week cycle. Different FOB's events have different rewards. You just have to wait for the right event and get some points to unlock it.

Could you make a version of your Rhodesian Brushstroke, but instead of for Woodland Fleck, for the Woodland, Animals camo or even APD (Pixelated Desert). Love your retextures though. I just started so i have none of the fob camos that u make these great retextures for.
