Tweaks to your key Mother Base staff to make them feel a little more substantial (S+/S++) and in line with canon.
DON'T USE WITH ANOTHER S++ SOLDIERS MOD AT THE SAME TIME!

I've always felt it odd that Ocelot, Miller, Huey, etc. had such low stats compared to staff you get later in the game. This mod gives everyone a (lore compliant) boost in certain categories to S+ or S++. Considering this changes some game balance, I recommend caution while playing online while this is installed!
Optionally, you can include Snake/Avatar as well.
If you are using the S plus plus Soldier Mod, replace it with S plus plus version of this! Thank you to Jarhad and Rawrkanos for creating that. If you prefer Specialists to not have boosted stats, use version 0.3
Installation:
Download the .zip file and choose the version you want:
If you are using any mod that tampers with Assets\tpp\motherbase\script\MbmCommonSetting.lua, this mod will not work without merging those files.

- Code Talker - Med: A++ -> S++
- Most Specialists and other assorted unique staff -> S (see Readme for details)
