   Not trying to be ungrateful. But it doesn't work. Just like that other poorly made tool, MGSV Modding Tool. You can't even select or highlight the mods in the second window (the weather mods, button mods etc.) The character switching works, but that's not why I downloaded this. Come on man, did you test it?

   Tested a normal install. Worked
   Used your Steps 1 through 3 with the raiden skin and sweet fx. Infinite loading screen of doom.
   Reinstalled the game.
   Used your steps 1 through 3 with only the raiden skin. Infinite loading screen of doom.
   Reinstalled the game.
   
   Will wait for a fix I guess.

   i am not able to select any of the weapon mods but i can select the character mods just fine ;/
