      Replace the file "data_008_0000.bin" in the location:
      C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR STEAM ID\2131630\remote\
      
      load the game USA version, the mods are in slot 2. in slot 1 there is only the complete game without mods

      Steam ID is unique per Steam user obviously so that folder name is a placeholder and will not exist.

      If you are the only Steam account on your PC then there will only be one folder so it should not be difficult to identify.
