Can confirm that this still works, and looks great! I am using the "Original" version, thanks for your work!
For people who say the title screen doesn't work, try this: -download your chosen version of the mod -open the mod archive and navigate to textures/flatlist/_win -copy the file in there, then go to your MGS3 install directory and paste it to this directory: \textures\flatlist\ovr_stm\_win
Done, it should show up now. This directory is loaded before the other ones, and if the game finds a texture in here that already exists in the game, it will use this one instead. Basically, this means you can install texture mods to this directory WITHOUT overwriting original game files. Same goes for MGS2, same directory.

Edit: I have realised that the initial loading icon accurately shows the updated logo, but not the main screen where you can see Snake performing CQC on the soldier. Is this a bug?
