For those asking about the sword, someone else called Space Core uploaded a mod that fixes this issue, he did a great job and you can download his version here. https://www.nexusmods.com/metalgearrisingrevengeance/mods/241
The blood textures are separate textures in the dtt and not in the body texture itself. Since there is no script for the blood to show, it just shows up in the model. Maybe if I know how to edit wta or the dtt file the blood textures could be removed but I dont know how to edit them, I found a tool that converts dtt to dds that only works in unpacking, it is not very good at repacking. Maybe I could fix it with texmod.
I knew that you will solve wound problem. That was easy part. It seems the model itself is interactive. Same principle is used in God of War 2 and DmC reboot for basic costumes. As for the sword, well it may be few times difficult considering, that in the past few guys attempted to mod this and they are good. That said you have managed to do more than they did, so you must be better. :) I believe that you will also fix the sword sooner or later. :)
one cool thing i found out, by mixing the files for this mod and the unarmed Sam mod, his desperado arm looks normal because of the animations from his fight.
aside from his arm, everything else seems to look completely fine, the visor looks normal with it aswell. since the unarmed sam mod replaces his sword with a 1403.dat file, his sword and sheath aren't present, although that's normal. the mod also uses some of raiden's animations, which don't mess up sam's face thankfully, but sometimes his desperado arm looks a bit off. also, if you want to use the unarmed sam mod with other reskins of sam, you have to take the files from the reskin and put them in the files of the mod or vise versa incase you were wondering.
can I clarify if you fixed the sword and why I have an update available, I've been watching the mod for a long time and I want it to be brought to mind

On your screenshots protector is fine, but I believe this is just after Ray fight and Sam doesn't move for a few seconds. Stretching may be caused by his constant breathing.

It was a result of me trying to mess with DLC Sam's animation dat by replacing some files in the extracted dat with boss sam's files, there was a file called battleparameter in the extracted dats and i replaced DLC Sam's with that of boss sam's it resulted in dlc sam having a red fc bar and blade mode doesn't work, also he is more op in revengeance difficulty as his assault rush attack kills every enemy with one hit.
It seems they had something in mind for Sam instead of ripper mode, even if they put it into boss Sam. Otherwise it wouldn't affect color of focus bar.
1402.dat and dtt is the visor/mask while 1406.dat and .dtt is the body.
so if you only want the visor you delete the 1406 and only keep 1402.
and since doing so takes away desperado sam's cyborg arm (and therefore the boss version's body), it fixes the sword problem while keeping the mask on.

if you want to use both mods, then drag all files from desperado sam and put them into this mods pl folder
