   I cant see a way of adjusting total man power (MP) in skirmish mode. The second image above shows this as an option but it is absent for me.

      First Extract the file then copy the folder inside then paste it in ur game mods folder then open game then options then mods then double click on Infinite CP MP SP mod then click apply then ok then goto multiplayer then choose ur mode and by the way it works if u select combat and dosent work on some modes!

      Just states invalid mod name on game startup.
      
      Tried reworking the config file.
