Adds a chip based on Bass. The chip will fire a different attack depending on what weapon type it's attached to. Busters fire a charged shot, swords fire a helz rolling, machine guns fire 3 homing Treble claws, sprays fire 2 circling fire shots, launchers create a close-range explosion and twin pistols fire 3 medium-range boomerangs.

WARNING: Due to weird workarounds I had to use to have the chip work properly when equipped on both weapons, the chip will be active all the time even on weapons it wasn't put on, assuming it was active at least once.
