thank you for making this, I just wanted to add however, that "Mugen character" is an asset flip of Nightmare Zero as he appears in his boss fight in Megaman X6. The Boss version of Fake Zero, who is playable through cheat codes in X6. So just calling this Nightmare Zero would be more accurate.
1. I don't know much about mugen but this was a funny skin made from a friend. 2. This is just Awakened Zero but with Nightmare paint on it, so the name was just a mix of both to be Awakened Nightmare. 3. X6 still stated Black Zero in its unused file and not Fake Zero. Fake Zero is something the fans decided on when the japanese side called it "Black Zero with Red gem", which didn't leave much impression with that kind of name.
