      BepInEx needs to download some base files for it's first run, and this error message says it is unable to do that. Try using a VPN to get the download to work (apparently some countries ISP block downloads from BepInEx server).

      After a successful initial run you won't need VPN anymore.

      I tried using VPN in many countries/servers but not able to download those base files. what can I do?
