This mod simply adjusts the values in the MechStats to represent the official speeds of various mechs. This is mostly a tabletop translation, and will not be compatible with any mods that change the MechStats file. Most noticeable will be an increased speed for 3/5 and 5/8 mechs. You paid for the big engine- time to use it.

Initial changes to vanilla game; mostly affects 3/5 and 5/8 mechs.
This mod was made with the new editor, and so installs in the Mod folder. It adjusts speeds for standardization and accuracy to lore. As usual, my mod does not work with some mods, such as Yet Another Mech or MercTech, as well as any other mod that modifies the MDA assets. If you are running mostly vanilla, this mod will raise the speeds of assaults (48->54kph) and faster mechs (75kph->86.4kph). Enjoy.
