Adds two SCAV Stalker variants to the game. Should fix compatibility with other YAML compatible mods. Balance changes to SCAV melee weapons. Siege ram animation currently bugged on the STK-SCAV2, will fix later.

Devastator chassis has been added. There will be a range of new hardpoints, variants and paintjobs added to this chassis in the next update.

Adds new variants to the Devastator chassis (5 standard, 2 hero) featuring previously unavailable hardpoint configurations. 15 paintjobs added to Devastator. Scarab hero mech and all standard variants rebalanced for better heat management.
