Updated file metadata to support DLC 6

Fixed issue with starmap not spawning in career mode. This means XP to get from level 1 to level 3 is set to the same XP as the base game.
Greatly increased XP required form levels 3 to 14. Level 3 is 9x the base game, this tapers down to level 15 being 3x the base game. This should draw out the "Light and Medium Mech" phase of the game.
