Thanks for the great mod! my Stone Rhino keeps getting stuck inside the leopard on mission that start of with you having to walk off the leopard, does anyone else have this issue? Fairly certain i have all the mods
Thats a known issue with the bigger mech's. But you can shrink all mech's by using the "Mech rescale" function in YAML. Go to "mod options/YAML/Miscellaneous/Enable Mech rescale". You should be good then.
i love your mod, but i have a question, are you able to make different varietions of the stone rhino? like add a additional energy slot to the arms? i feel like the prime is a bit under powered for mech of its size, i dont like the ones i found from other modders cause the design is off and doesnt look as good as yours
I am running into the same problem as some of the others here, where the mech is spawning in enemy lances without any weapons aside from assault knuckles. In the mission, targeting the mech shows it having five "Autocannon 20" that are in the center torso (they aren't destroyed when both torsos and arms are destroyed). In the salvage screen, when the mech has only the cockpit and both legs, it costs zero shares to salvage. And in the mechbay, it reports 8 of something that are destroyed, but the name is missing. I've put pictures in the imgur link below to show these. In addition, the mech in Instant Action also doesn't have any weapons aside from the knuckles.
I have already verified that I downloaded the correct version of the mod. I am running the vanilla game version 1.1.351 and downloaded the vanilla mod version 1.2. I re-downloaded and reinstalled the mod, and made it the only mod active, and it still has the same problems when I check in Instant Action. Also, just to sanity check it, I downloaded the YAML version and made it the only mod active, and the result is the exact same as the Vanilla version.

so i just got this game on pc {steam} and i have yet another mech lab and this mod installed, but i cant find the stone rhino anywere, even using mech delivery any help?
For some reason these mechs spawn with no weapons when they are my enemies. I then have to remove invalid which is clan related items. I dont see anything in required mods for this. Using YAML version, once I salvage it I can use them but as enemies they are just duds
Ok so I have SOME YAML mods I downloaded the clan ones which makes sense and now all is good.
Can I access the mech in Instant Action? I've installed the Vanilla version, it is my only mod installed, but when I go into Instant Action I cannot select the mech.
Are there any known Mods that conflict with this one? When I field this mech, the UI doesn't pop up, nor do the portraits for in-mission dialog (everything plays normally). Also, when I go to 3rd person perspective, the camera spawns under the map.
I have most YAML Mods installed, with the exception of Yet Another Clan Invasion. Trying to see if there's any known issues or tribal knowledge to try to fix this without having to resort to disabling 1 Mod at a time and potentially munching my saves.
Thanks for the reply. So, I did a couple of quick tests: Changing my loadout to 5xER PPCs fixed the UI issue. However, only the Arm Mounts and CT mount worked - both the ER PPCs on the LT/RT did not load, and could not be fired. Oddly enough, they were selectable in the Weapon Group menu, but I couldn't get them to fire under any circumstance.
My initial loadout were weapons from other Mods I use: 1x Clan Large Pulse Laser, 1x Blind Special (P), 2x Snub-Nose Gauss Rifle (P), and 1x Royal LAMS.
I'm very happy with this 'Mech, but in my environment she doesn't come with any armaments other than striking.Is this a problem with my environment? I'm Japanese, Japanese MOD, and other environments are vanilla.

What's the loadout you're using so I can pinpoint which weapon it is?
So, I did a couple of quick tests:
