Displays the AI Skill level of each pilot (Rookie, Regular, Veteran, Elite)

This is a cosmetic mod that displays a Pilot's Skill Level. This has nothing to do with AI or how well the pilot will perform in combat. My apologies to anyone who downloaded this and thought the data affected the AI. It does not.
Back Story
All this mod does is display the Pilot Skill, which itself is just a reference to a line in their Biography. The four "ranks" are Rookie, Regular, Veteran, and Elite. These skills do not determine AI profile the pilots use during combat. Every hirable Pilot is assigned the Default_BehaviorConfig AI. Only enemies get specialized behavior.
330's Pilot Overhaul by nofear001 also displays this same AI Skill value, but their mod does a whole bunch of other stuff I don't want. So, I made this simple mod.

Conflicts with anything that touches the same Pilot information screens.
