You'd load this in VoiceMacro and it would automate a bunch of the lance commands via voice control. So saying "Lance Regroup" would be the equivalent of pressing F1 then F2, the default "follow me" command.
There are some extra options in his file that would apply to 330's Formation mod as well, but looks like they would break completely if you're using TTRulez AI mod (as they both use F7 for extra lance commands). It would probably be worth doing a version for TTRulez as the number of commands it adds for lancemates is pretty extensive.

It sounds very interesting, but I have no idea how to implement it. I also have no idea about how to setup a macro with this game.

I haven't gotten around to implementing the new commands for the LancemateOrderz stuff yet.
I may end up doing this in the future when I start using it since I'm currently using the version without it.
