  Structure: 5%/10% ->10%/15%
  Heat Generation: -5% -> -15%
  Heat Dissipation: 5% -> 20%
  Heat Capacity: Level 1 5%->10%. Level 2 changed to have same slot and cost as Level 1
  Torso Twist: 20% -> 40%
  Turn Speed: 7.5%/15% -> 10%/20%
  Jump Jet Refuel: 20% -> 25%
  Jump Jet Burntime: 15% -> 20%
  Jump Jet Acceleration:
  This one has two values, one for XY axis (so left, right, forward, back) and one for Z axis (up, down)
  XY axis: 15% -> 25% Z axis: 15% -> 20%
