Buffed cantina trait bonuses to have a bigger but not overpowered impact on your mech. Because base numbers are small, I had to compensate with higher percentages. But even with that, you won't see game breaking levels of increased damage or sth.

Vanilla Cantina traits felt...not as significant. I could not feel the small decimal changes at all. And given that the player is so often put against many enemies with only one lance, I decided to buff the cantina upgrades so that they can give you a nice boost without feeling too OP or having to resort to game overhauls.
While the numbers look bigger than before, do believe me it was necessary to increase this much if there was going to be any significant changes in-game. These are just preliminary changes. Right now only touches mostly on weapon traits, but I'm going to be adjusting other values as I get more feedback and as I keep playing myself and get a feel for the balance.

Some of what it changes:
Ballistic, Energy, Missile Damage Trait: Lvl1 and 2 increased from 5%/10% to 10%/15%
Ballistic Range and Velocity: Now +25%/+50%
Missile, Energy Range and Velocity: Now split into range +50% and Missile velocity +50%
Ballistic, Missile, Energy Heat Reduction: -2.5% / -5% to -10%/-15%
Ballistic cooldown time: changed to -25%/-50% [Hopefully this can make the rifles a bit more useful]
Missile, Energy cooldown time: changed to -10%/-15%
Missile spread: -7.5% -> -15%
Armor: 2.5%/5% to 5%/10%
