0.95 is up... One thing I really wanted to get handled was RAC weapon sounds... While there are slight improvements all around, I still can't meet my satisfactory standards with burst-fire RAC behaviour and sound design. UE4 does not seem to like it.
In the next patch there will be both, the burst fire RACs, and the old single fire RACs for players to use.
Oh, and bomblast lasers, can't forget those...
Anyway, keep bug reporting guys, the next patch will be the full release... the big 1.0
What ammo type does the CRAC use? I'm trying to figure that out using a save editor, and I thought I had the correct one, only for it to tell me no. (I wanna put one on a Marauder so badly, just so I can unleash the BRRRT on someone.)
OK how do i fix my game now that i used the cluster bomb? i cant travel between hubs now with out the game crashing/ crashing when trying to start a new career and i keep getting

never had problem with this mod and have used it for sometime till now.
First off great mod. Has some issues i noticed like long toms leaving intact enemy vehicle that sometimes come back to life to do overdamage i think and cluster bomb is buggy as hell and often crashes the game. One thing i can't really take tho is the RACs tho as they behave way too much like a shotgun firing at impossible angles and not really doing any damage unless im ramming a mech and sounding wonky while i do it. I don't wanna step on any toes but i wish you would look at the implementation in YAWC. RACs should not be have like shotguns that just randomly spew rounds everywhere and i think YAWC managed to implement the small ones pretty well both from performance and how he handled the firing issue
Ive made it clear to not use cluster bombs. They are broken and will cause major faults.
Ill have a look at long toms and add it to my list.
I replicated the changes for RACs, didn't translate well into the mod, but will leave it in for AI to use, while going back to single fire RACs for player to use.
Love the mod. But (unless I messed something up) the weapon prices should be reworked, as a tear 5 ends up costing like an entire lance. it feels like there is a "0" too many. Can U do something about it?

I realized (forgot about that) I have Better markets mod installed could it be the case?
Edit: The "better markets" mod seemed to have influence to some degree (not sure), still clan big weapons appear to be priced 5 times their counterparts and messing among themselves... I'm even more confused.

Are the RAC weapons supposed to be rare or something? it's 3046 in my game and I still haven't seen any of them.. They sell the ammo but not the gun... In fact there's a lot of this situation where they sell the ammo everywhere but the gun is nowhere to be found. Also the vice versa, they keep selling the damn weapons but they don't sell the ammo for it. Idk if it's a mod conflict but nothing is overriding the mod at all.
Edit: NVM what is said above this edit. All TW weapons spawns in the market when 3050 hits, clan or not. Idk what's up with that, it could be my game but i don't see conflicts on load manager. Sometimes TW weapons will appear as rare weapon for sale before 3050. But unless it's 3050 no TW weapon was available in the market at all.
Edit 2: I started a new career after finishing my campaign and I started with a date that is 3055 and I see a lot of TW weapons on the market so that's good. Though, I do have a question with how the RAC damage are calculated? RAC2/5 seems to be super underwhelming when it comes to damage. RAC 2 seems to do worst damage than a C UAC2 BF even tho damage per sec of RAC 2 is higher. Also RAC20 is just crazy when it comes to damage it says it has a damage of 69 (lol nice), it is a CRAC 20 T5 tho.
Basically, I try to match dps with MWO values, and then make the RACS a bit hotter and less accurate to balance them, as they have no jamming mechanism. (I hate ROTD Jamming)
I'll be doing a full rebalance for this mod after the next patch
I was probably not gonna get a reply on my original comment but when I meant introduction into the game... I meant is there Introduction DATES list for weapons added by this mod? I have other weapon add-on mods that adds RACs and they're weapon seems to be introduced into the system quite early. I'm checking for this mod's RAC introduction date so I can figure out if my other weapon mods are conflicting with this and blocking the weapons from spawning. Thanks.
Nvm the post about the cluster bomb, I was stupid and didn't read the stickies properly. Now I do have a question tho, when do the RAC2 BRRRT guns get introduced in the game? I also have YAW and YAWC, will those mod interfere with spawning the weapon? Much thanks
I should've been way more specific with that question about the RAC's lol I mean is there a specific date in game that it gets introduced? Also, will this mod conflict with other mod that adds weapons like YAW & Xeno's Overhauls? They both seem to add RAC's as well
edit: I'm asking about the introduction date for the RACs because I've already gotten Xeno's RACs quite early but still haven't found the BRRT RACs in the systems yet. thanks!

The full release is almost ready, with bugs being squashed and refinements being made to the mod as a whole.
Keep your eyes peeled as I plan to release this week.
