Coyotes mission mod - 3.7

First release of the mod, early alpha build.
This version fixes several bugs, including patrol evac and single target attack+defend bugs.
This version updates the recon mission, giving it a time limit and if sentries spot you they will call in reinforcements.
Fixes alot of bugs brought on by version 0.3a.
Adds in rescue mission and three way battles.
