Reckless Laser beta.. gains 40% damage on half your current heat and generated heat of the weapon gets minus 35% of the current heat with a min of 2 generated heat.. idea is the plasma doesnt need as much to heat up so the weapon in return will generate less the hotter you are and the damage also increases based on the temp of the plasma spewing out... dubbing the weapon Reckless because it incites you to throw caution to the wind for maximum damage.
