This mod will spawn you at the top on the walkway. Also moves Fahad so you don't need to go down to talk to him.
Known Issue: Apparently Fahad changes his spawn point late in the campaign, as I only moved his initial spawn point, he wont always be there. I will move all spawn points in next update.
