I tried it and it seems that Tier Sort works fine with YAML, but Bulk Sell and Item Focus do not.
Wondering if you tested functionality with YAML. There are no shown mod conflicts, which is expected since Marketplace QoL doesn't overwrite any assets.
I did a (very) quick test with YAML this evening, and it looked to me like the Item Focus worked. Their listing interface is different but the items appeared to be getting filtered as I would expect. I don't know about the other stuff they added like engines and how that would work.
My Bulk Sell appears to sell just one item at a time, so they changed something under the hood there. However, they apparently have an option to sell 10 at a time so perhaps mine isn't needed all that much.
Yes, you are correct that Item Focus works with YAML also installed. I forgot to adjust the min value when I tested it before. 🤦🏽♂️
Bulk Sell apparently conflicts with what YAML does for selling. Its option to sell 10 items at a time seems to override your adjustable Bulk Sell option, unfortunately.

Your option would definitely be better - I once had over 1500 items to sell and even at 10 it takes forever. Hopefully a YAML version is in the future.
