Most weapons, and noticeably the lances in the KINGDOM 3.0 mod have incorrect lengths. This means that during game-play you get or deal damage either before or after the weapon visually hits the target, which can get annoying. I tried to fix all of them, but maybe I missed a few. There is just one file to download and replace, item_kinds1.txt in /Modules/Kingdom. Backup your original beforehand.
