      Hello. That is... unlikely.
First, it's because I mostly stopped modding Warband. And, second, I'm not particularly fond of most changes that were made since after 0.99.

Thanks for the upload but how do you make any money in this mod? what are you supposed to do? Its really frustrating the hell out of me. Everytime I take an outpost it gets attacked it doesnt get a garrison and when another faction takes it they fill it with over 100 troops straight away. All the troops I get are recruits and I have to go up against wolf constables and illica falki riders I am loosing 7k a week with no way to make cash other than prisoners and loot and I cant even have my own fief whats the point? Oh and the hired troops cannot have an head protection it says too expensive choose something else so I give up and just give them whatever it lets me. Hero's cost a fortune so does reinforcements again no money so how do you do anything in this mod? apart from that I love the chance at a new mod esp one from you guys. One more thing I like to use a bow but seems like they are not effective for the player but hella deadly when used against the player.
Anyway just my opinion no offence meant keep modding please perisno and pendor are the only games I like so thanks for your work.

"Thanks for the upload but how do you make any money in this mod?"
Prisoner selling, loot selling (Looting skill is very important in Perisno, especially when you personally develop it), tournaments, income from your fiefs.

"Everytime I take an outpost it gets attacked it doesnt get a garrison"
Yeep, for the next version I changed that. Unless you claim a fief for yourself, it will get a small starting garrison. Lords who sit in fiefs will also be accurately accounted.
For now you can just tell your lords to occupy a fief you captured for some time. Or to guard it personally until some reinforcements arrive.
Aiming for "very poor" fiefs will also make enemies less likely to try to attack them and take them back.

"All the troops I get are recruits"
Buff your persuasion and level up (it will help recruit better rescued prisoners in larger numbers).
Use other lords at the beginning before you improve your surgery&training and will be able to train troops faster and ensure their survival.

"I cant even have my own fief"
When you capture a fief, you should be able to claim it for yourself. If such option is unavailable, install the latest hotfix from this thread:
      https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,368410.msg8957693.html#msg8957693
In theory, it was supposed to be included in the main download here, but somehow I might have missed it.

"the hired troops cannot have an head protection"
That's not how it works. The total upkeep depends on all the equipment you gave them. If you try to give them the best of everything, especially if you try to give a recruit some high-tier elven armor that only requires little strength, you won't be allowed to do that.
On the forum in Perisno 0.8 thread
      https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,359948.0.html
you can find "Useful stuff" section, "Recommended equipment values" subsection.
Don't exceed those values by a large margin.

"a bow but seems like they are not effective for the player but hella deadly when used against the player"
Bows in Perisno are "realistic", it takes a lot of time/learning to start being effective with them, but in the end their speed and damage surpass xbows.
Xbows, on the other hand, have limited usability since their damage doesn't scale at all with your skills, but they do have armor penetration and can be used with moderate effectiveness even by a peasant.
Also headshots are crucial. In addition to the "Native" damage buff, body armors are very thick compared to helmets. So it's not like PoP where you, for example, can get Ruby bow and just one-shot everyone in the chest. Always aim for the head, it's your best chance to deal decent damage, especially against heavily-armored soldiers (who have resistance to bow damage).
But there are no discriminative rules that would buff regular archers as opposed to the player. It's just many archers in the mod have better skills and gear than starting player character. And, well, they're good at aiming for the head.

Thank you, you're the best :) I have been playing this obsessively. I can't stop. I finally found your thread on taleworlds and installed the hotfix (lost my save) now I can get fiefs and I'm starting to make money. I get what your saying regarding the costs for equipment for hired troops and I'm trying to find how to best equip them within these rules and yes I did equip elven armour I like the look. I have not put alot of emphasis on charisma and persuasion as I concentrate on strength and using heavy armour and bows require alot of power draw but I'm going to start now anyway its great I like it alot and esp since I dont have to worry about handing out fiefs etc I like to just play and not work out who to give what and if they will defect etc. I did make the Falcons my ally so as not to have to fight them I would loose for sure lol. Thanks for the reply and please keep up the great work you are fantastic!

Looks cool, but I'll hold off until 0.9 comes out - haven't played perisno since 16'

Not sure if you're going to read this on nexus, but somehow Giant outfits give me huge fps drops even with low stats, I usually play all kinds of mods with 100+ fps (maxed or lowered, depends on how demanding the mods are)... No other outfits, races or guns make that happen.

All giant armors and some of their shields and weapons indeed have very high polycount, which older PC can't handle.
If you're having troubles with them, I can only suggest that you just disable these 2 factions - Sut and Bakhal.
Alas, I'm not a modeller, and these items are OSP, so I can't optimize them much, although I added lods (levels of detail) which were missing in Perisno 0.8.

Thank you for your reply. Going to update the mod and see how it goes. Maybe there could be made a simpler - less demanding, version of these factions?
