These banners work will ALL versions of POP!

What you will notice is that in some versions heraldic armor backcolors will be mismatched.

If someone can help me rip the original backcolor from the python files I can rearrange them to any version.

Hi! I was wondering, in older versions of POP (I'm Using 3.9.5) there was a banner with an orange lion and two white crosses, not sure why it got removed, but not only was it a cool banner (in my opinion it seemed the most  "Pendorian"), as far as I can tell it was not used by any lords, and that is a perfect combination. I was wondering if maaaaaybe you could, not exactly remake it, but make a new banner very loosely based off of it, with your own creative flair, to make it fit in with the world? basically like the rest of the banners you made. I tried to do it myself, but failed horribly, lol. and if not that, then maybe just a "Pendorian" banner? what that would look like is completeley up to your interpretation, although Sir Darion's banner kind of fits. I completely understand if the answer is no, I can tell from what I tried that this is a pain to get these things to actually look good, let alone align properly,, and I barley scratched the surface. anyways, apart from that, thanks for the fantastic banners, they actually do add a allot!

I just tried with Pendor 3.9.5.1. and it and it still works, although the banner choice screen showed something was missing (scrolling red text in the background so it was hard to read) but otherwise it seemed to work properly. Fantastic looking banners, too.

Beautiful banners, i dont understand why these arent in pop, well with correct backcolour that is. They are SOOO much better than the current pack which in many cases looks completely unrealistic, too many strange figures that look like modern tribal art imo. Cheers and thank you fort your work.

Thanks! They can work with any warband game or module for it too! the naming convention is pretty standard across most modules :)

Hey this mod looks really amazing compared to the current modern look of Pendor banners (3.8.2). Would you update this to make it work with 3.8.x?

Yep, just got back to try 3.8.4 , will first slowly create a list of heraldic back armor color in a way that matches my banners. Just be very very patient, you can make them work right away in 3.8.x by simply replacing the std_banner_x in the mod with mine and it works no problem, no need to tweak with inis and brfs, just dump the std_banner_a/b/etc.dds in pop right away. You will get some color clashes with heraldic surcoats, but nothing too bad.

Also seconding InvoQer. Replacing the std_banner_(letter) files with the ones included in this mod will produce the desired effect in that they will appear in your game, but the heraldic back colors will be wrong. This is because they were changed from 3.7 to 3.8, and personally I am at a loss as to how one could change them back.

Hmmm no worries, I will begin working on something, I just got back to try 3.8.4 ... will see what I can do, but yeah, right now all you have to do to make them appear in game is simply replace my std_banner_X with the ones in the mod.
